JourneyCheck Alerts is a facility which advises you on whether the trains in which you are personally interested are likely to be disrupted. You can choose a combination of emails and/or SMS text messages to advise you about that part of the train service that is of interest to you. You can specify when you wish to be alerted and receive update messages if the situation changes (for better or worse). Email message alerts confirm whether all is well or whether there are any problems whilst SMS text messages are sent out only when there are problems.
