Planned engineering work will take place at Grays from 10:30, Monday 24 March 2025 to 23:59, Friday 30 May 2025.

Grays: Network Rail's Access for All scheme.
As part of Network Rail's Access for All scheme, Grays station will become fully accessible with the addition of two new lifts which will allow c2c passengers to access both platforms via the existing stepped foot tunnel under the tracks.
The subway is being closed to maintain safety of station users while work is underway to install the two new lifts. Access between Grays station platforms is via the level crossing of stepped footbridge whilst works are taking place.

There is No Step Free Access between the platforms and Upper Levels of Barking station while lift replacement works are being undertaken.

Planned engineering work will take place between Upminster and London Fenchurch Street via West Ham High Level from 23:30, Monday 19 May 2025 to 02:00, Tuesday 20 May 2025, from 23:30, Tuesday 20 May 2025 to 02:00, Wednesday 21 May 2025, from 23:30, Wednesday 21 May 2025 to 02:00, Thursday 22 May 2025, and from 23:30, Thursday 22 May 2025 to 02:00, Friday 23 May 2025.
All services via West Ham High Level will be diverted to and from London Liverpool Street.
Customer Information:
From 23:30 (00:15 Tuesday night), Fenchurch Street services will be diverted to Liverpool Street via Rainham, or start/terminate at Barking or Upminster. Ockendon services will run as train shuttles between Upminster Grays. Alternative route: Ticket acceptance on the District line between Tower Hill Upminster, and the Jubilee line between West Ham Stratford.
All services via West Ham High Level will be diverted to and from London Liverpool Street.
