Improvement Works reported
Planned Route Improvement Works will take place between Thetford and Cambridge North, and between Bury St Edmunds and Peterborough from 04:00, Saturday 09 May 2026 to 02:00, Monday 11 May 2026, and from 04:00, Saturday 16 May 2026 to 02:00, Monday 18 May 2026.
All lines will be closed.
All services will be replaced by buses throughout. All lines via Ely are closed on 9th and 10th May.
Customer Advice:
Buses replace trains between;
- Thetford, Ely & Cambridge North.
- Bury St Edmunds, Ely & Peterborough.
Additional Information:
We cannot convey e-scooters or full-size bicycles.
