2 Improvement Works For Today

Engineering Work: Between Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge

Planned Route Improvement Works will take place between Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge from 04:00, Saturday 13 June 2026 to 02:00, Monday 15 June 2026.
All lines will be blocked.
All services will be replaced by buses throughout.
Saturday 13 June:
Buses replace between Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge North, connecting into trains between Cambridge North and Cambridge.
Services that normally operate between Ipswich and Cambridge will operate between Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds only, while services between Ipswich and Peterborough are unaffected.
Sunday 14 June:
Buses replace trains between Bury St Edmunds and Cambridge North, connecting into trains between Cambridge North and Cambridge as well as between Bury St Edmunds and Ely, connecting into trains between Ely and Peterborough.
Trains will continue to operate between Ipswich and Bury St Edmunds as well as between Ely and Peterborough.

We cannot convey e-scooters or full-size bicycles.
