Customer Advice

An e-scooter has been left on the railway track, and has become wedged under a train. As a result, the line between Swindon and Bristol Parkway is blocked, and trains are diverting, taking a longer route. Diversion expected to take up to 25 minutes. All stations continue to be served. This does not affect trains in the other direction.
