As a consequence, the line between Llandudno Juntion and Blaenau Ffestiniog is closed in both directions. Buses will replace all trains and the timetable can be viewed in the attachments below
There is currently no estimate for when repairs can be completed due to the large amount of work required. It is anticipated the line will remain closed for several weeks

The ticket vending machines are are experiencing technical issues.
Due to staff shortages and an intermittent fault with the TVM's, ticket purchasing is not available at the station.
Customers can purchase a full range of tickets from the Conductor on board their train service.
The Conductor can also print off any advanced-purchase ticket/s (Tickets on Departure), that are usually collected from a Booking Office or Ticket Vending Machine.
Cross-platform interchange (#1 to #2 & vice versa) and access to the Cardiff-bound platform (#2) is via stepped access only.
Passengers requiring step-free access/egress at Llandaf are permitted to amend their journeys, regardless of ticket restrictions. Amended journey routes are via:
Cardiff Queen Street; Cardiff Central; Radyr; City Line
The ticket vending machines are Have been temporarily removed.
The customer information system is working.
The TVM has been removed due to increasingly unsafe conduct of a small minority of persons attempting to obtain tickets.
To avoid persons taking short cuts across the tracks, instead of waiting to use the level crossing when trains are approaching, a TVM will be installed on each platform during August 2019.
During the interim period, persons are able to collect pre-paid tickets from any open booking office, operational TVM at any other station or from the Conductor on board trains. A full range of tickets can be purchased on board all trains, on the day.
