We're sorry for the delay to your journey. Due to a signalling fault in the Bristol Temple Meads area, we are unable to run our trains between Bristol Temple Meads and Severn Beach. Train services on all other routes into and out of Bristol Temple Meads are also subject to severe delays and cancellations as we only have a limited number of platforms available.

We have road transport running in place of the train service between Bristol Temple Meads and Severn Beach calling at all stations. This is in the form of 8 seater taxis and these will depart from the front of stations. Please note, taxis will not run to the train times due to the extended journey times by road.

If you wish to use local buses to complete your journey and the bus driver is not accepting train tickets, please buy a bus ticket and keep the ticket to claim your money back through our delay repay.

To help you complete your journey, you may use your tickets at no extra cost on Cross Country services between Bristol Temple Meads and Bristol Parkway / Taunton.

We will get you to where you need to be. If we cancel the last train of the day, or if you miss your last connecting train, we will get you home by road at no extra cost. Please get in touch with us in any of the ways detailed below if you are concerned.
