A replacement bus service has been requested, however due to the widespread network disruption owing to the severe weather overmight. Coach availability is very limited.
Our transport provider is currently working on solutions to be able to provide a replacement road transport service. An update will be provided when more informations becomes available.

A replacement bus service has been requested, however due to the widespread network disruption owing to the severe weather overmight. Coach availability is very limited.
Our transport provider is currently working on solutions to be able to provide a replacement road transport service. An update will be provided when more informations becomes available.

Due to damage to the overhead electric wires between Liverpool Lime Street and Crewe all lines are blocked.

Just so you know:
* We may be able to divert some trains around the affected area, between Crewe and Stafford.
* We share much of this route with Avanti West Coast, but there main stations are Wolverhampton, Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Crewe and Liverpool Lime Street. You can use their services where available, but they are likely to be impacted by this disruption as well.
* Currently, there are no changes to our peak time ticket restrictions.

Due to damage to the overhead electric wires between Liverpool Lime Street and Crewe, the line is blocked.
Investigative works have concluded and overhead line damage has been classed as severe. Trains between Crewe & Liverpool Lime Street will remain suspended until the end of the day.
Replacement road transport will remain in place until the end of the day.
How long will this last?
