Some lines will be blocked.
Some services will be terminating at Chinley and starting back from Chinley, replaced by buses between Chinley and Sheffield and revised. Manchester Piccadilly Sheffield: Trains will terminate at Chinley.
Sheffield Manchester Piccadilly: Trains will start from Chinley.
Buses will be provided between Chinley and Sheffield in both directions. Edale will be served by a minibus shuttle service from/to Hope.
East Midlands Trains services are amended due to the above engineering work, reducing the service between Manchester and Liverpool via Widnes. As a result, Northerns services between Manchester Oxford Road and Liverpool Lime Street in both directions will call additionally at Widnes.

Crewe Manchester Piccadilly via Manchester Airport: Trains will run between Crewe/Manchester Airport and Stockport.
Buses will be provided between Manchester Piccadilly and Stockport in both directions and between Manchester Piccadilly and Manchester Airport Manchester Piccadilly Crewe via Manchester Airport: Trains will run between Stockport and Manchester Airport/Crewe.
Manchester Piccadilly Buxton: Trains will run to an amended timetable between Stockport and Buxton.
Buxton Manchester Piccadilly: Trains will run to an amended timetable between Buxton and Stockport.
Buses will be provided between Manchester Piccadilly and Stockport, as part of a cross-industry alternative transport plan.
Manchester Piccadilly Chester in both directions: Trains will not run.
Buses will be provided between Manchester Piccadilly and Stockport in both directions as part of a cross-industry alternative transport plan, and between Stockport and Chester in both directions.
Manchester Liverpool via Earlestown in both directions : Trains will run to an amended timetable between Manchester Oxford Road and Liverpool Lime Street in both directions.
