Manchester Victoria Blackburn via Todmorden: Trains will run to an amended timetable between Manchester Victoria and Accrington.
Buses will be provided between Accrington and Blackburn (in both directions).
Manchester Victoria Clitheroe (in both directions): Trains will not run.
Buses will be provided between Bolton and Blackburn (in both directions).

Train services are available between Manchester stations and Bolton (in both directions).
Blackpool South Colne: Trains will terminate at Preston.
Colne Blackpool South: Trains will start from Preston.
Buses will be provided between Preston and Colne (in both directions).
