Impact:
Train services running to and from this station are returning to normal but some services will still be cancelled, delayed or revised. Disruption is expected until 16:00 23/03.
Customer Advice:
Option 1 - Check if a rail journey is currently possible..
* Use the National Rail Enquiries real-time journey planner to check if you can continue your journey by rail.
Option 2 - Alternative Routes & Local Public Transport..
* Services via Queen St low level.
* If you have had to drive to another station your ticket will be valid to collect your car on your return journey. Speak to a member of staff to validate your ticket.
* Currently, we have not arranged for your rail tickets to be accepted on local bus routes as yet. We will monitor this situation as the incident develops.
Option 3 - Rail Replacement Transport..
* Currently, we have not requested Rail Replacement Transport. We will monitor this situation as the incident develops.
Option 4 - Consider travelling later..
* You might wish to consider postponing your journey until our services return to normal.
Additional Information:
* We had a signalling fault in the Cowlairs area earlier.
* Our staff identified the fault, and have removed and re-fitted the part. They have secured a replacement part which they will replace when there is a sufficient gap in traffic.
* Services to and from Queen St high level are returning to run as scheduled, but remain subject to delay, alteration and cancellation.
* As soon as we have more information we will let you know.

Following a safety inspection of the track earlier today between Dalmally and Tyndrum Lower all lines have now reopened. Disruption is expected until 18:00 23/03.

Our 10:36 Queen St to Oban terminates at Crianlarich at 12:30. We have one bus onsite at Crianlarich to run to Oban, provided by Temporal Travel.
Our 12:22 Queen St to Oban terminates at Crianlarich at 14:18. We have one bus confirmed at Crianlarich to run to Oban, calling at stations, provided by Temporal Travel, ETA approx 14:18.
Our 12:11 Oban to Queen St terminates at Dalmally at 12:55. We have one bus onsite at Dalmally to run to Queen St calling at stations, provided by Temporal Travel.
Our 14:41 Oban to Queen Street will be starting at Crianlarich. We have one bus confirmed with Temporal Travel, at Oban at 15:00 to run to Queen St calling at stations to Crianlarich then setting down to Queen St.
Option 4 - Consider travelling later..
* You might wish to consider postponing your journey until our services return to normal.

* Due to a safety inspection of the track between Dalmally and Tyndrum Lower earlier, the line has now re-opened with a 20mph speed restriction.
