Impact:
Train services between Helensburgh Central and Edinburgh will be cancelled, delayed or terminated at and started back from Airdrie. All stations between Airdrie and Edinburgh Park will not be served.

Option 2 - Alternative Routes & Local Public Transport..
Customers can travel on alternative routes.
* Queen Street/Falkirk Grahamston
* Queen St/Edinburgh via Falkirk High
* Glasgow Central/Edinburgh via Shotts
* If you have had to drive to another station your ticket will be valid to collect your car on your return journey. Speak to a member of staff to validate your ticket.
* Your train ticket can be used at no extra cost on the following local route:
* Edinburgh Trams between Edinburgh and Edinburgh Park.
* Just show your valid ticket or Smart card to the driver when boarding.
Option 3 - Rail Replacement Transport..
We have three buses confirmed at Airdrie, provided by one Arays Travel and two Ace Travel buses.
Buses will depart Airdrie at 20 minutes past the hour calling at stops to Edinburgh Park.

Buses will depart Edinburgh Park on the hour calling at stops to Airdrie.

* You might wish to consider postponing your journey until our services return to normal.

* The lineside fire between Armadale and Livingston North has been extinguished, however there is damage to cables as a result of the fire.
* Services between Helensburgh and Edinburgh will run between Helensburgh and Airdrie only.
