Following a fault with the signalling system earlier today between Carluke and Wishaw all lines have now reopened. Disruption is expected until 15:00 24/05.
Impact:
Train services between Glasgow Central and Lanark are returning to normal but some services may still be delayed or revised.

* Glasgow Central to Edinburgh via Shotts - Customers can travel on these services for Uddingston and Bellshill.
* Glasgow Central Low Level - Customers can travel on these services for Motherwell
* If you have had to drive to another station your ticket will be valid to collect your car on your return journey. Speak to a member of staff to validate your ticket.
* Your train ticket can be used at no extra cost on the following local bus routes until 1330:

Option 3 - Rail Replacement Transport..
* Currently, we have not requested Rail Replacement Transport. We will monitor this situation as the incident develops.

Network Rail engineers have now fixed the signalling fault in the Carluke area and train services are able to run normally again.
We're working to get our trains and crews back into poistion to operate a normal service.
