Due to a fault with the signalling system between Rutherglen and Anderston the line via Glasgow Central is disrupted.
Impact:
Train services running through these stations will be cancelled, delayed or revised. Disruption is expected until 15:00 21/07.

Option 1 - Check if a rail journey is currently possible..
* Use the National Rail Enquiries real-time journey planner to check if you can continue your journey by rail.
Option 2 - Alternative Routes & Local Public Transport..
* If you have had to drive to another station your ticket will be valid to collect your car on your return journey. Speak to a member of staff to validate your ticket.
Our trains to/from Helensburgh will call all stations between Dalmuir and Hyndland in both directions to help keep you on the move during this disruption.
* Currently, we have arranged for your rail tickets to be accepted on local Whitelaws bus routes between Larkhall and Motherwell in both directions, just show your valid train ticket to the bus driver when boarding the bus. At Motherwell you can then uses trains to/from Glasgow Central High Level
Option 3 - Rail Replacement Transport..
* Currently, we have not requested Rail Replacement Transport. We will monitor this situation as the incident develops.
Option 4 - Consider travelling later..
* You might wish to consider postponing your journey until our service's return to normal.
Additional Information:
* We have a signalling fault between Rutherglen and Anderston affecting all trains via Glasgow Central Low Level.
* At present we are unable to run any trains via Glasgow Central Low Level and all trains out on this line will be recovered back to depots where possible.
* Services via Glasgow Central High Level and Queen Street Low Level are not affected at this time
* Staff are on site and Anderston and as soon as we have more information we will let you know.
* We are planning to run the following trains - theses are subject to delay due to the method of working in place.
