* Wednesday 7th January the following is our plan however overnight weather conditions may change this -
* 1831 Inverness to Wick is cancelled, we have been unable to secure replacement transport for this cancelled train and passengers are therefore required to make their own alternative arrangements where possible or postpone their journey until it is safe to run trains on this route.
* Thursday 8th January
* All trains to/from Wick are cancelled as part of the route requires to be ploughed clear of snow to allow us to run trains safely on this route.
* We have the following buses secured that will call at the following stations in both directions Inverness, Beauly, Muir of Ord, Conon Bridge, Dingwall, Alness, Invergordon, Tain, Golspie, Brora, Helmsdale, Georgemas, Thurso, Wick.
* Buses will run if weather and road conditions allow and passengers should check their full journey before setting off.
* 0618 & 0802 trains from Wick to Inverness have no replacement transport.
* 1234 & 1600 trains from Wick to Inverness have replacement buses in place.
* 0700, 1041, 1400 trains from Inverness to Wick have replacement buses in place.
We are still attempting to recruit a bus for the cancelled 1831 train from Inverness to Wick, therefore please check back for further update.

* Disruption is ongoing on our Wick line due to heavy snowfall, the line will be ploughed tomorrow morning and we will update as soon as we have more information.
* Customers please check your complete journey before setting off as we have some trains running but also have alterations and cancellations throughout the day.
* Customers with tickets dated from Friday 2nd January until 6th January can use their tickets on services up to and including Friday 9th January at no extra cost.
