Train services between Edinburgh and North Berwick will be delayed or terminated at and started back from Prestonpans. All stations between Prestonpans and North Berwick will not be served.

Option 1 - Check if a rail journey is currently possible..
* Use the National Rail Enquiries real-time journey planner to check if you can continue your journey by rail.
Option 2 - Alternative Routes & Local Public Transport..
* If you have had to drive to another station your ticket will be valid to collect your car on your return journey. Speak to a member of staff to validate your ticket.
* Your train ticket can be used at no extra cost on the following local bus routes:
* With Lothian Transport bus between Edinburgh, Musselburgh, Wallyford and Prestonpans in both directions until end of service.
* Just show your valid ticket or Smart card to the driver when boarding the bus.
Option 3 - Rail Replacement Transport..
* We have two Arays buses confirmed at Prestonpans at approx 23:00.
* As we are currently unable to provide alternative transport at present, passengers may wish to consider making their own arrangements.
Option 4 - Consider travelling later..
* You might wish to consider postponing your journey until our services return to normal.
Additional Information:
* Due to a signalling fault at Drem, services between Edinburgh and North Berwick terminate and start back from Prestonpans.
